This meet was first announced on Sep 8 and was seen as annual event for students of Perlis, Kedah and Penang origin. The organiser and the sponsor was kind enough to cater for the place and refreshment. Some of tthe regulars were not present as commitments of family comes first, but the prresence of Tuan Edmund Azman Yusoff and Tuan Zamri Welo  (all the way from Penang) and Tuan Lebai Darius Daus Tambi (from Kulim) was seen as a very good meeting.

I am the first to reached but no one was around (of course one of the common melayu culture). Called the organiser and he was still bathing and cleaning his father. As he's doing a holy deed, I walked around the villa and finally saw Darius Daus Tambi walking. We took off to Rose Restaurant for a cup of tea and a plate of mee mamak. Haji Ngom and Gordon Sundun came by and we had a small chat plus a round of drink before Haji Thomas called. We finished up our snack and off to the Lagenda Lounge; Gorg and Haji Thomas were waiting. Some pushy and  $%^&*  words came out with laughters. Later Tuan Haji Zainal WS was seen running to the pharmacy as he's having back problem.

We booked the corner of the lounge and started ordering drinks and food plus 'news of MRSM PC 73' and additional stories of  dot, dot, dot. Edward ET  came in, with Tuan Zamri Welo and followed by Edmund Yusof.

Of course nothing doing actually except for jokes, humors and laughters that mostly ended at about 2.00 am but prolonged to the stalls for another session till about 3.30am. The absentess or un-mixed  origins will see this as somethng that they will miss the rest of their lives. Fostering and continuing friendshiips are called for thus please ensure and pray that our friendship remains, insyaallah. To the organiser/sponsors thank you for your generous hospitality.

That evening I also met Jimi Nyam (one of my former students of  WT) plus his friends, so Allah had been kind to me as not only I do meet my MRSM PC friends but also one of my former students who is doing well in Sime Darby. Tonite, I rest my head at Taman Derga Jaya.

We were together since primary till MRSM PC days  (Kheru, Zainal WS and Tuan Gorg)

I can’t stop thinking what Haji Firdaus said that nite i.e We did a lot of stupid things dulu2 and don’t really understand why and for what purpose.

Anyway, we all agreed that it was part of growing up.

Tuan Lebai Firdaus sudah banyak berubah sealiran dengan usia, alhamdulillah, kita pun banyak juga berubah sealiran dengan beliau, dalam ertikata sekali bah dipantai sekali pasir terlerai (apa punya pepatah tak tau la). Apa pun bersyukur kita kerana masih tetap dapat berhubung dan mendengar khabar berita (walaupun masih ada lagi yang belum kita temui termasuklah Abang Panjang kita). Insyallah, ada juga kut rezeki kita nanti.

Usaha dari Tetuan Haji Ngom dan Tuan Haji Zainal sendiri amat disanjungi dan dihargai, begitu juga diperjumpaan Majlis Berbuka Puasa KGNS 2009 (walaupun tidak semua di KL dan Selangor dapat hadir) tetapi berita melalui gambar-gambar yang diambil dikira cukup membuat rakan-rakan lain turut gembira dan bersyukur.

Kita mesti dan harus meneruskan dan mengekalkan silattarurahim sebegini sebaik mungkin; insyaallah cadangan Majlis 50 Tahun pula akan menjadi kenyataan. Salam untuk semua.

One more time I would like to thank Saudara Ajit @ Kheru and Saudara Wan Mazlan @ Le G for their generosity of providing the photos to our recent gathering in Alor Star & KGNS respectively.

Next year, 2010, will be one of our most important milestones in our lives as we will be celebrating our 50th birthday with the exception of Saudara Syed Zahir @ Edward ET and Saudara Muzli Husain @ Munyiok. I propose we plan something memorable for this auspicious event. The event will not be meaningful without our beloved teachers and support staffs of MRSM KB. I welcome ideas and suggestions from you. I also need volunteers to organize this great event of ours.

As a start, I am compiling a database of our batch. I hope you will cooperate to submit the information to me as part of our program for our great event. I have 108 of our batch email addresses, but not sure if it’s OK. I would appreciate if you could contact the rest who are not in this list.

Last but not least, Selamat Hari Raya, Maaf Zahir Batin dari kami sekeluarga.

Alhamdulillah masih ada sub-groups yg berusaha untuk mengibarkan bendera silaturrahim angkatan '73 walau di mana mereka berada.

Memang agak susah untuk mengumpulkan kesemua mcm assembly dulu dulu.

Tapi sebahagian dari kita akan terus berdoa dan berusaha agar suatu hari nanti, kalau umur panjang kita dapat berkumpul mcm kat dewan makan. Bawa sudu garpu sendiri ya.

Tapi rasanya titik waktu yg sesuai adalah di bulan Disember 2010 apabila hampir semua dah dapat keluarkan sebahagian EPF. Yaaa hooo!

Cadangan rambang:
1) Jom pakat pi A Famosa or Club Med
2) Cari sumbangan dgn mengadakan suatu Majalah yg mengumpulkan
(a) data dan foto setiap pelajar dulu dan sekarang (solo atau dgn keluarga)
(b) hasil karya setiap pelajar - lukisan, esei, pantun, sajak, formula saintifik, anything serious or crazy (but no profanities or slanderous remarks)
(c) ulasan atau jawaban pemimpin politik atau lain-lain personaliti bagi soalan atau pandangan terpilih yg ditujukan dlm pelbagai tajuk yg menyentuh isu-isu halatuju negara kita. (We can get all to list down their pandangan or soalan - then we select top 20 that will be officially written to selected leaders or national personalities or assocations)

Congrats & Salam to all friends from Utara for getting together.

I can still recall Mr Tonggek - that seems still of the same height; HAJI Daus - the one that I got fights into - and one of 3 stooges (rest is Man Yusop & Ajiji Copper plate) backbenchers of Newtonians. Looks like the rest are all helthy except for the midrift Borois.

Seems that Zainal Wan Suraya went to pharmacy for dose of Viagra?

As for 50 year Celebs... I would suggest to recluse on an Island - Redang, Perhentian or Lang Tengah - would be ideal. Why on an Island.. its because no one can go away to just mix amongst their cliques (if it were held on the mainland).

Alternatively, why not Karambunai in Sabah or Terumbu Layang-layang - its all an event in the final lifetime. Anything after 50 years of life is a bonus. ;)
