These two weeks since the opening of school days had been a mixtures of good and painful memories for me. But all was written by Allah swt. Allah swt know what is for us. I was suspected having dengue after a 2 days medical leave, and alhamduliilah after the flu and fever days, I was OK and went back for work. As before, I seldom am sick but if I do, it will take days for me to recover and this flu and fever was gone in about 4 days. Alhamdulillah free of flu and fever and dengue.

Everything was OK for the few days when my eldest daughter came back home from her college. She went straight to sleep right after meeting me and her mother. I was quite surprised as she seems not to be her normal cheerful daughter. I taught maybe she's too tired after her straight classes. Come next morning, as usual my wife and I went for Pasar Borong to buy goodies, and I went for my Subuh prayers right after that at about 6.45 am. and after prayers, I straight away go to my "companion" of course , my PC. On the way, my daughter came to me and hug me and say this "thank you Baba and Emak for your support and prayers, I made it" ... I was still puzzled but now I know why she went straight to bed last nite, that was because, her CIMA results from UK is displayed at wee hours of the morning. And yes, my daughter passed her CIMA papers finally, alhamdulillah , my thanks to Allah, though she needs 3 more papers to reach her Top CIMA but at the moment the 9 papers she took these 2 years, is already enough for her to be conferred the Advanced Dploma in Chartered Institute of Management Accounting which is equvalent to a Degree in Accounting. I could not say more, but smiles and thankful to Allah. Whatever it is, she will again walk the "convocation" lane as promised, insyaallah in May 2008. My thanks to her, as she had made me and family proud but she still has more to go, insyaallah.

What more can parent say, the least I now have a degree child in the family, my hope is that her brother in PoliSAS will also graduate with his diploma this year and will aslo continue his Bachelor studies soon, insyaallah. My 3rd, is still doing his practical in KL, my younger ones , hope they can follow the footsteps of their sister and brothers, insyaallah.

All the writings and the typing had billed up my expenses, my faithful cheap Acer 3680, is now twice been to Highpoint service center, maybe sick like the owner, and come Jan 25, 2008, at about 5.30 pm, I was hit by a motorbike at Jalan Duta. Nothing much actually, except with a swollen foot and some bruises which had cost me my part-time in OUM. But I had no regret, cause I know and believe Allah swt is making me think and realise of what's going on. I had to get treatment from a descendant of Minang for my left foot, twice I went to see him and another massage treatment from a Madura, but what I want is for my foot to be better for me to get to work, Alhamduillah, today I can manage to walk though the pain still there. But please do remember, Allah know what's best for you,and always remember, he may give and he may take at anytime he wants. Be thankful no matter what condition you are in, be it when you healthy, sick, rich, poor, happy, sad or whatever condition for He is "MAHA PENGASIH DAN PENYAYANG LAGI MAHA BERKUASA" ... Allahuakbar

Assalamu alaikum Ajit,

I share your pride with teary eyes on your daughter's success. I had similar experience with my eldest son last year, however since I'm not into blogging, this was not shared between friends. She had overcame another challenge and surely she will face yet another challenge in her young life. We as parents wanted the best for our children however little we could afford. However, one thing we cannot shirk from our duties as parent are giving them guidance to face their tough life ahead. I thought we had it easy, for them... they will have to compete within a tougher environment and may the best person excells.

Sorry to hear of your recent injury, I do hope the injured leg heals fast. I hope these won't affect the performance of the third albeit shorter leg in betweens. Just don't make the mistake of massaging the wrong leg if you know what I mean...:P

Waalaikumussalam Tuan Haji, it was really nice of you putting and sharing the words of wisdom together. Likewise, we are the "fathers" in the true sense. The joy of being a parent is something we should cherished throughout be it for the good or likewise.
As we are sharing the same situations, we do hope Allah gives us the strength to carry the duties of parenthood. I would also share more things together, thus, alhamdulillah at the least the simple notes pasted fits the best.
My injuries are getting better, alhamdulillah, thank you for your kind toughts and concerned. But the "third albeit", no worries, so far always healthy.
By no means, I look forward to hear from you and friends, till then wasalam and thank you again

P/s I hate motorbikes; the kapchais. They are like lipas on the road. Chances are thay have a lot of dependents and if anything were to happen to them, their dependents are the ones who suffered.
